Our client, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural equipment is seeking a highly motivated Market Deployment Manager.


This role requires technical understanding of deploying digital solutions into a business environment and confidence is critical as there is a heavy focus on customer interaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning and preparation of the deployment of a certain set of Digital solution, according to the master planning, and its timely and highquality execution.
  • Leading strategic discussions with distribution partners to define the best integration strategy aligning the goals and systems in the distribution partner's landscape, to our client's Digital strategy and portfolio, delivering bestinclass customer experience.
  • Project management, stakeholder management, deployment and training coordination, quality assurance, status and progress reporting tasks.
  • Steer timelines, resources and budget (where applicable), tracks milestones, aligns with other departments of the brands, ensures regular communication to Dealers Principals, continuously reports to the Brands and the Digital Central organization and escalates issues and risks, if required.
  • Coordinate all deployment activities in collaboration with all involved parties and to coordinate and steer external support if required.

Experience:


  • Project Management Experience
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role
  • Superior communication skills
  • Team player
  • International environments,
  • Experience with training and deployment of digital tools
  • Agriculture industry experience preferred.
