    Complaints Resolutions Officer - Mortgages

    Location: Rhodes, NSW, Australia

    What Success Looks Like in This Role:

    • The Service Solutions department resolves customer complaints, expressions of dissatisfaction or escalations according to regulations.
    • Responsible for end-to-end complaints handling process, including investigations, issue identification, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Primary contact point for extra care or vulnerable customer escalations.

    We are seeking an experienced Complaints Resolutions Officer - Mortgages to join our team.

    Focus Areas:

    • Manage end-to-end investigation and resolution of complaints.
    • Liaise with key stakeholders.
    • Act as an escalation point for various customer situations.
    • Conduct root cause analysis on complaints.

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum 3+ years of complaints/dispute resolution experience, preferably in financial services.
    • Experience in customer resolution and complaints management.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
