The Role:
Bring your expectational customer service skills, strong operations skills and dedication to this luxury tour operator in Sydney. Specialising in all things luxury in Australian/New Zealand tours, this reputable travel company is the one to join.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for an array of activities regarding domestic touring itineraries for an overseas market.
Your day to day:
- Managing all aspects of a portfolio of tours from departure to return.
- Liaising with suppliers in confirming all arrangements
- Producing documentation for tour members and tour leaders.
- Assisting tour members, tour leaders and suppliers as required.
The Must Haves:
- Min 2 years travel industry experience, ideally in operations or group travel
- Strong understanding of the touring market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
