We have a flex policy where team members can work from home two (2) days a week and required to be at our support hub in Collins St, three (3) days a week.
Please note this is a 12 month max term position.

OneDigital and Catch supports hybrid working - which means a mix of working remote and in our 699 Collins Street Support Centre.
What you'll be doing
The P&C Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle within OneDigital and Catch; with particular focus and knowledge on generalist P&C tasks including onboarding, talent acquisition, learning and development, health and wellbeing initiatives and general enquiries from within and outside the organisation.
Key duties and deliverables:
What does a normal day look like? Well, no two days are alike at OneDigital and Catch but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following activities
- P&C Coordination
- Managing the P&C Shared Inbox', addressing team member queries effectively and promptly with appropriate escalation as needed
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, as well as P&C forms and templates
- Assist in creating employment agreements and HR documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support and finalise preemployment checks for all final stage applicants
- Be a trusted and reliable ambassador for the P&C team.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and delivery of relevant P&C projects and initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities to increase team engagement and satisfaction
- Support the nurturing of organisational culture through leading by example, illustrating the link to relevant programs and activities and individual role designs
- Be the 'super user' for the OneDigital and Catch LMS
- Own and be the 'super user' for the HR Offer and Onboarding platform, including the maintenance of contract templates, onboarding information and its automated delivery to new starters
- Maintain and champion the available P&C broadcast channels
- Stay informed about employment legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance.
What you will need to be successful:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management / Employee Relations or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources generalist role, handling similar responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, including the National Employment Standards
- Experience in delivering a bestinclass P&C service to the business
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR Systems and reporting is preferable
- A professional with strong time management, organisational, and communication skills
- Authentic and selfstarter, someone who really takes ownership and drives for outcomes
