As our new Discharges Officer, you will be responsible for efficient and accurate final payment calculation of Discharged residents from both the Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care facilities we own and operate.
Please note this position starts as a 12 month FTC however is very likely to go permanent for the right person._
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and update customer records in the finance system. Ensuring all Discharges transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner in line with relevant policies, procedures, and delegations of authority. Manages customer relations for all allocated customers, including resolving customer enquiries and producing final statements. Ensure confidential information is protected, given the privileged access that will often be given to holders of this position. What you need to have to succeed:
- 2+ Years of experience in calculating and reconciling complex customer accounts and property settlement or Accounts Payable.
