Play a key part in keeping Melbourne's railways reliable

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to project personnel as needed with preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings, etc.
Collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and customers
Prepare work and purchase orders as requested and invoice for the receipt of goods/service
Manage document control processes, ensuring accurate version control, proper filing, and timely retrieval of information as needed
Assist with administration of safety audits, ensuring compliance with established safety standards

Skills and Requirements

Degree or diploma in business administration, project management, engineering and/or related discipline
Demonstrated experience working in a similar role as a Project Officer, Engineer, Manager etc.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams etc)
Good written and spoken English language skills including the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
Expertise with Maximo would be advantageous
Experience within the heavy industry space would be beneficial (rail, automotive, defence, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, aerospace etc.)
