Play a key part in keeping Melbourne's railways reliable- Iconic rail organisation / operator with a large global footprint

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project personnel as needed with preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings, etc.
- Collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and customers
- Prepare work and purchase orders as requested and invoice for the receipt of goods/service
- Manage document control processes, ensuring accurate version control, proper filing, and timely retrieval of information as needed
- Assist with administration of safety audits, ensuring compliance with established safety standards
Skills and Requirements
- Degree or diploma in business administration, project management, engineering and/or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role as a Project Officer, Engineer, Manager etc.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams etc)
- Good written and spoken English language skills including the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise with Maximo would be advantageous
- Experience within the heavy industry space would be beneficial (rail, automotive, defence, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, aerospace etc.)
