ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Located in Richmond, with a requirement to travel
  • Busy HR Officer projects role supporting the HRBP with project work across Residential Aged and Home Care
  • Be part of a supportive and dedicated HR team
  • Provide efficient and effective HR project and operational support

ABOUT YOU:


  • Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partners (Projects), GM HR and the wider HR team, this position will support and advise Residential Aged Care Managers on various Human Resource functions including business critical projects aligned to its operational cost optimisation plan.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build robust and effective relationships.

With experience in a HR environment in a generalist or administration capacity you will support key stakeholders within Residential Aged Care and Home Care to provide quality HR project support and solutions.
