Maintenance Fitter

Our client is a market leader in the poultry processing industry that provides the freshest, top-quality poultry products Australia wide.

APG are currently recruiting for a night shift Maintenance Fitter for ongoing work.

To be considered for this role you will have experience working within the Food Manufacturing industry, and have a sound understanding of GMP guidelines.

It is essential for this role that you have solid fault finding & problem-solving skills and experience completing preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

Australian Trade Certificate (or Recognised Trade Certificate)
Conduct general preventative maintenance as required
Conduct breakdown maintenance as required
Ability to conduct faultfinding tasks
Solid troubleshooting/problem solving capabilities
Understanding of electrical circuitry
Experience working within an FMCG environment

The successful applicant will need to hold a current driver's license and have their own reliable transport. Attractive pay rate of $65 per hour.
