The opportunity

The North Service Centre (NSC) is an integral part of servicing AMP's North platform, and the Customer Service Consultant role encompasses contact centre duties to deliver a superior level of service to AMP's advisers and clients


You will be given comprehensive initial training to get you off to a strong start, so it doesn't matter if you have no relevant experience.

Your training will continue and you will be upskilled to help your professional development.


We have opportunities across Sydney & Melbourne and can offer remote and hybrid working (your Talent Consultant will discuss this with you individually).

How you will make an impact

  • Provide a high level of endtoend customer service financial advisers and clients on the North Platform through handling inbound telephone queries and customer/adviser chats
  • Use you understanding of the product & platform and use your active listening & problemsolving capabilities to determine appropriate solutions
  • Identify areas of improvement and assist in establishment of better work practices within the NSC
  • Conduct online training and coaching with financial advisers and practice staff
