Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an EL2 Workforce Design Lead Recruitment Services Officer on a Non-ongoing - 2 year contract with potential extension


Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities:


_The provider will be required to:_

  • Receive, read and screen resumes
  • Plan the appropriate selection process
  • Validate skills
  • Define competencybased behavioural interview
  • Arrange and conduct assessment process including interview
  • Verify references and qualifications
  • Secure and negotiate the offer

Key Performance Indicators:


  • Provide a recruitment plan to ensure the panel complete the recruitment process
  • Conduct the referee checks against the agreed timeframe of the plan
  • Provide a well written selection report that enables the decision maker to make the final decision of the recruitment recommendations, which is done against the agreed timeframe of the plan
