The organisation is a well-established building services contractor. The group has a strong pipeline of projects and is experiencing strong growth.


The Opportunity
The primary focus of the role is accounts payable and payroll support to the Finance Manager.


Key duties include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable


  • Invoicing

  • Data Entry
  • Bank/credit card reconciliation
  • Payroll support

Background
In addition, you will require high level communication skills combined with attention to detail.


Part-time
The role is required in the office Mon - Thur, commencing at 9am (26 hours - 30 hours p/w)
