Currently looking to engage a Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales and Operations Team in VIC for a permanent opportunity.

Sales Administrators are typically assigned to support one or more Client Managers and/or Sales Specialists.

They may be required to manage aspects of the purchase order process by generating, distributing and administrating purchase orders. When necessary they will receive goods on behalf of the sales team and deal with the received goods appropriately.


Your day at NTT

  • Day to day duties include providing quotes for clients either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team.
  • Product pricing where the Sales Administrator sometimes has the ability to influence the price and margin, by suggesting different products dependant on lead times, promotions, alternative suppliers and programmes.
  • Responsible for checking the quotes to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted and that the correct terms and conditions have been applied.

  • Customer service focus you enjoy building rapport with clients, and want to ensure they receive the best and most timely solution
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to use initiative
  • The ability to prioritise well, identify and meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure
