The Opportunity


Our client is a well-established NGO operating in the Health & Community Sector that has been operating for around 30 years.

They are currently seeking a motivated customer service professional with excellent administrative skills to join their team.


Duties:

This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients and third parties
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to facilitate meetings between clients and third parties
  • Assist with daily admin and scheduling
  • Maintaining and updating client records accurately
  • Document control and management

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment
  • The ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
  • Comfortable using the MS Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
