The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established NGO operating in the Health & Community Sector that has been operating for around 30 years.
Duties:
This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and third parties
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to facilitate meetings between clients and third parties
- Assist with daily admin and scheduling
- Maintaining and updating client records accurately
- Document control and management
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment
- The ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Comfortable using the MS Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
