Transport Leader for their NSW operation.
It is a great opportunity for you to drive exceptional performance and culture within a highly motivated team, and provide guidance and technical advice on high profile transport infrastructure projects to ensure achievability and success for the organisation.
Your leadership capabilities and expert knowledge within the engineering/ planning industry will allow you to be engaging, inventive, and foster strong interpersonal relationships within your team, as well as with external liaisons.

Day to day you could expect to:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that align to achieving profitability targets
- Promote internal development initiatives within your team to maximise capabilities and progression opportunities
- Act as Project Manager/ Advisor on high profile projects to ensure successful delivery and adherence to key metrics
- Build and maintain positive client networks to secure and win prospective work
- Some regional or interstate travel may be required from time to time
