Casual Education Performance Support Officer position available
- based at Little Collins Street office

About the position

To be considered for these positions you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

  • Minimum of Certificate III in Business Administration or similar field; and/or at least 1 years' experience in an administration role
  • Ability and willingness to work across multiple sites as required
  • Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support in a funded/contracted setting, including the ability to communicate with a range of people (for example, CALD communities and difficult clients)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various administrative functions in Education programs including SEE, Skills First, AMEP and ACFE
  • High level IT skills including use of online platforms in registering and enrolling Education clients, with the ability to maintain manual and electronic records
  • Proficient in STRATA, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Demonstrated ability in using online platforms to support clients and client data reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve and take the extra mile to engage clients
  • Experience working with client management systems (STRATA) and/or government reporting systems (ARMS, VET Online, SVTS, inputting and extracting data
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritise tasks from multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to financial processes, payments and/or petty cash management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a busy environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills, including some editing skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
