We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a keen, self-motivated, and business focused Building Automation Service Team Leader to join our fast-growing team in Sydney, NSW.

Building of a dedicated service project delivery team.
Training & development of team members (including Growth Talks & Performance Management).
Ensuring high quality estimation of service project opportunities through our dedicated estimator.
Reviewing & allocating new projects.
Reviewing & adjusting our processes in order to maximize profit & customer satisfaction.
Safety & quality auditing.
Delivering on personal & team recovery expectations.
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maximizing our performance against Service Team KPIs.
Reporting on team performance (both to the wider team during our monthly service team meetings & also to higher levels of management).
Developing & driving order intake growth initiatives.
