About the role

You will be responsible for the RSPCA World for Pets online store orders and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

A passion for retail, sales, ecommerce and the adventures that come with working for a charity is a must, as well as enthusiasm to be a representative of the RSPCA Qld brand.

Understanding our product range and assisting in online sales, web orders & monitoring order statuses
Process online customer refunds, exchanges, vouchers, manual orders, dispatching orders, pick lists
Managing loyalty program enquiries & customer data management
Liaising with courier services for customer enquiries and order issues
Support broader team members with marketing activities including social media and eDM content, promotions, creatives and campaigns
Solve postsale customer issues, resolving customer complaints and fraud investigations
Support broader team members with data and product integrity, for online and instore, and including product descriptions, images, prices and conditions
Assist within business unit for special events, stocktakes

Who are we looking for?

Confident in customer service, sales and/or ecommerce, and must have demonstrated experience in sales (minimum of 3 years in a similar role desired)
Strong, effective communication skills
Creatively minded, with the ability to share ideas
Strong attention to detail
An unmistakable passion for good customer service
Energetic, friendly and positive attitude is a must
Genuine interest in animal welfare and the objectives of RSPCA.

This is a full-time time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, including regular weekend shifts. Remuneration is as per the General Retail Industry Award commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
