About the role
A highly reputable retail technology business is rapidly expanding in the Melbourne market and is seeking an experienced Administration officer, you will be given the opportunity to work from home while you support the business with a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Book travel arrangements
- Support the team and help design presentations
- Help create and edit legal documents
- Provide invoicing and accounts support
- Work closely with the various managers
- General adhoc duties as requested
- Previous administration support experience
- Good computer skills and knowledge
- Some experience with invoicing and accounts software would be an advantage
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Professional approach to work and strong work ethic
