Due to substantial growth, we are currently seeking an outstanding HR Coordinator to join a leading global manufacturing organisation in Macquarie Park, on a full-time permanent basis.


Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, this role will be responsible for providing HR assistance in areas ranging from the coordination of training, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, talent development, Learning and Development and overall administration of the HR function.

The Position

Handle internal HR enquiries;
Schedule employee consultation sessions and interviews as required;
Manage monthly payroll process;
Assist in talent development program;
Assists with preparation of written communications and presentations related to one or more functional HR; areas; may conduct training or presentations;
Prepare employee contracts for new hires;
Induction and onboard new starters;
Manage annual salary review process;
Support annual succession planning process; and

  • Assist HR Manager with general hr administration duties.
Previous experience as HR Coordinator managing the above duties;
Relevant tertiary experience in Human Resources;
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills;
High attention to detail;
Ability to work to tight deadlines;
Strong MS office skills; and

Compliance and process driven.
