The organisation:


You will be working for a well-funded and well-respected non-profit who delivers a range of high quality support services to children, young people and their families.

They are seeking to onboard an

experienced finance officer on a

non-ongoing,

full-time basis.
Please note that this role is to

31st January 2024 with a possibility for extension.


Your day-to-day:


  • Highvolume weekly invoicing invoices per week)
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to invoices or payments
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies and procedures
  • Investigate and resolve any disputes or complaints related to billing and payment issues.

Ideally, you will have:


  • Full working rights within Australia
  • At least 5 years' experience as a finance officer
  • Experience working with the NDIS is advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy skills including Xero, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
