- Ignite are looking to hear from experienced Service Desk Analyst for one of our government clients.
- Location: ACT
- Duration: until June with extension option
- Citizenship Requirements: Must be Australian Citizen
- A minimum NV1 clearance is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Incident management and request fulfilment for the client's staff
- Queue management via the department's service management tool
- Win 10 and O365 System Administration
- Basic user training
- Application Support including Office 201
- Knowledge Base Development
- Responsibility for compiling and troubleshooting issues before progressing to Tier 2/3 teams.
- Other duties as directed by the client's representatives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
