Our client is a thriving proudly Australian owned and operated, engineering and manufacturing business working across the resources, defence and construction industries.

They have built an enviable client list and reputation over a successful 60-year history, and are parent company to multiple subsidiaries.

Due to continued growth amidst their long-term multiple year contracts, they are currently looking to add an experienced and self-motivated

Warehouse Coordinator to their collaborative, fun and welcoming team.


The Role

As the Warehouse Coordinator you'll be in charge of all tasks warehouse and inventory related whilst monitoring the working environment from a safety, quality and efficiency perspective.


Your day to day will include:

  • Receival of incoming goods including performing quality assurance inspections and entering receival receipts into SAP ERP
  • Dispatch / outgoing goods; packaging, labelling, freight and associated paperwork
  • Ensuring the proper coordination and maintenance of the incoming / outgoing goods area and function, liaising with team members and external suppliers as needed to ensure timely actions and outcomes are met.
  • Overseeing inventory control, monitoring of stock levels, stocktakes etc
  • Support in the weekly delivery/transport of goods from head office to garden island
***As the ideal applicant, you should have

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or Inventory Officer, or similar
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. SAP) and solid computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focussed
  • Knowledge of importation and freight processes advantageous
  • Awareness of proper manual handling techniques
  • Ability to pass National Police Clearance
  • Current Drivers Licence (manual preferred)
  • Forklift Licence
