Administration Assistant Policy and Advocacy

Full Time

Total Package $70,621.20 per annum (inclusive of superannuation guarantee)

About the role


WALGA is looking for a highly organised, proactive Administration Assistant to support the Policy and Advocacy portfolios in providing general administrative and logístical support to the Executive Managers of Policy and Advocacy and broader portfolio team members.


This is the perfect position for someone with good communication skills who has experience in providing administrative support to management level.

You will have skills in producing meeting agendas and minutes, preparing reports, presentations and other written materials and assisting with organisation of meetings, in-person, hybrid and virtual events.


You will gain experience in communicating with member Councils, Government agencies, Ministerial offices and other external organisations with the opportunity to attend meetings and events, as required.

If you are someone who has a passion for engaging with stakeholders, providing high level customer service and prides yourself on your organisational skills, then this role will suit you.
