About the role

We have an exciting permanent part time opportunity for a creative and motivated individual with current industry knowledge and experience in Nursing to join our Ballina team as an Education Support Officer (ESO).

Working within a team of Nursing professionals, the Education Support Officer is supervised by the Head Teacher. The role is responsible for a range of activities which support learners and enhances the student learning experience.

This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment._

About You
We are looking for motivated and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following Essential Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a Diploma of Nursing or relevant health related qualification or equivalent skills and experience.
Demonstrated experience in the Health Industry (five years +)
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining technical currency
Ability to understand Health, Wellbeing and Community Services learning materials and assessment processes
