About the role
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our clients close-knit & supportive team.

Based in South Melbourne you will have an interesting variety of Data Entry, Administrational and Customer focused duties while working in the security technology industry.

you will be working closely with other departments for a company that cares about growth and career progression

Responsibilities
***This role will be varied in nature whereby you will focus on providing optimal customer support. Your duties will include but not be limited to;

General administrative duties as required
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
Logging of Service Jobs, comments, follow ups and orders
Communicate and coordinate with other departments for order completion
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource/department
Reach and maintain Key Performance Indicators
Performs other duties as assigned when necessary

Skills & Experience

Minim 2 years customer service experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate skills across Microsoft Suite
Meticulous with an eye for detail
An aptitude for understanding technical information
Experience within the door hardware industry would be an advantage but training will be provided
