Are you an experienced part-time administrative professional looking for a dynamic role with a reputable consultancy firm? Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team.
The Role
- Providing administrative assistance to the wider team
- Preparing board meeting agendas and minutes
- Overseeing office supplies
- Recording, reconciling, and managing financial transactions, including payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial reports.
- Ad hoc duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in similar administrative roles
- Proficiency in financial management tools such as MYOB or equivalent software
- A qualification in businessrelated fields will be advantageous
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
