Are you an experienced part-time administrative professional looking for a dynamic role with a reputable consultancy firm? Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team.

With nearly a decade of industry expertise, our client offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.


The Role

  • Providing administrative assistance to the wider team
  • Preparing board meeting agendas and minutes
  • Overseeing office supplies
  • Recording, reconciling, and managing financial transactions, including payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial reports.
  • Ad hoc duties as required

About You

  • Previous experience in similar administrative roles
  • Proficiency in financial management tools such as MYOB or equivalent software
  • A qualification in businessrelated fields will be advantageous
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
