O'Brien Glass are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Cranbourne branch as a Customer Service Team Leader within our AutoGlass division.

  • 8.00am 4.00pm
  • Some Saturday work will be required

What you'll be doing:


  • Lead the customer service and admin team and support day to day running of the branch
  • Undertake repair inspections, converting repairs to sales where appropriate
  • Raise Job Authorities and invoices by utilising branch computer systems
  • Provide first class service to all customers using your amazing people and communication skills
  • Actively encourage your team to provide feedback and ideas with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
  • Explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services
  • Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries

What we are looking for:


  • Experience in managing/leading teams in a busy environment
  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Must have clear/excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
  • Excellent self organisation and time management skills
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
