To be considered, key skills will include:

  • Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management (Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
  • Experience with working within a dynamic and fast paced team environment
  • Previous stakeholder engagement with internal & external vendors
  • Experience in aviation and/or travel related industry (preferred)
  • Experience in Airline reservation systems (e.g. Navitaire New Skies), Digital systems (B2C/B2B websites, mobile), Distribution systems (GDS/Codeshare/Interline/API), Payment systems (Payment gateways/portals) Departure Control Systems (e.g. Navitaire) (preferred)
  • Previous Service Desk or L1/L2 support experience (preferred)
  • ITIL accreditation (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, using a flexible approach and demonstrating tolerance for ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement with internal & external vendors
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand commercial, operational, and customer experience impact
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A resultsoriented individual who thrives working in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of aviation & travel technologies (preferred)
  • SQL knowledge (preferred)
