What you will doAs a Content Design Officer, you will:

  • design customer centric content of a complex and substantial nature using design thinking principles and tools
- contribute to and maintain the overall information architecture that considers information across multiple websites
- ensure compliance with agency standards and align content with the Queensland Government web writing and style guide
- assist business groups to deliver content that is directed to their target audiences and meets their strategic agenda by providing high-level editorial and publishing advice and support
- perform quality assurance and contribute to the successful maintenance of all online information for the department
- maintain current knowledge of latest trends, best practice models, and contemporary practices related to online, digital and web service delivery.
