Impactful commercial role with transformation mandate
South East Suburbs, $160k $170k + Super + Bonus (Hybrid)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a reputable and successful ASX listed corporate during a period of transformation and growth.

This newly created role comes as part of a group wide restructure to improve process, performance, and visibility in delivering commercial support, financial insights, and business advice.

You will report into the GM Commercial and have direct influence in the financial performance of a sizeable division.

This key management role will ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all financial reporting and management results, business analysis and performance metrics, and budgeting and financial commentary for the business unit.

You will support group wide initiatives in system innovation and process improvement as well as the provision of high-quality commercial advice, dashboard insights and interpretation of financial information to a diverse customer audience.

This will include variance analysis; price/ volume mix; gross margin analysis; marketing investment metrics and inventory management.

You will also support the group corporate function with the provision of financial and statutory results for half year and annual reporting purposes.

You will lead and mentor a small team initially, but this will grow and evolve overtime to encompass additional business facing resources.

We are seeking expressions of interest from CPA/CA/ CIMA qualified finance professionals who can demonstrate success operating within a complex commercial environment either locally listed or part of a global MNC.

You are resilient and adaptable to a fast paced and changing environment and can navigate a business within transition.

Strong business acumen and natural curiosity to understand business drivers together with a continuous improvement mindset will ensure success in this highly visible role.

Previous experience within a stock distribution, FMCG or tangible products sector would be highly advantageous.
