TEN Recruitment are excited to announce the expansion of their team, we are currently searching for a

Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Osbourne Park office

We are creating opportunities for you to work with a locally owned and managed recruitment business.

The successful applicant will excel in our values of tenacious, authentic, influential and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

Act as a go to for junior consultants and other team members.
Report back to directors regarding KPI monitoring, performance reviews, financial reports, and other recruitment matters.
Internal recruitment duties such as resourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assist with training new employees and junior consultants.
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of your relevant industry and the market.
Establish positive working relationships, maintain existing relationships and
5+ years' experience as a recruitment consultant within an agency environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment as well as autonomously.
Capable of multitasking a range of administrative and recruitment functions.
An openminded team player with a willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
Strong client engagement and relationship building abilities.
Driven to succeed and take on new challenges.

This position comes with a leading on-target earning of around $150k (Base Salary of 100k plus superannuation).
