As Service Co-ordinator, you will join a team of highly skilled professionals in the service department and will have the opportunity to leverage this resource to facilitate excellent service levels for customers and strong business outcomes.

The role has a wide variety of quality service deliverables to customers.

Your remit will be to take ownership of scheduling, coordination and monitoring to drive service excellence in the service division.


This will include working with other divisions in the organisation such as spare parts or logistics, to ensure all components are in place and to drive a "fix it right first time and on time" approach.


With a background in machinery or electrical trades, you may have spent time out in the field or in a workshop and over the past few years your role sees you responsible for the scheduling and coordination of service team activities.

This includes service diagnosis and repair work at the company base and callouts for field service technicians.


About the Role

  • Coordinating and scheduling a team of technicians in the workshop and field service department, you'll add value through:
  • Manage & control the scheduling of field repairs and maintenance for amusement game machines at entertainment venues, cinemas, corporations and homes.
  • Work with other departments to coordinate parts, communicate technician daily and weekly schedules, invoicing, financial outcomes.
  • Work with company scheduling software and ERP software (Time Trak and MYOB Exo)
  • Service billing.
  • Warranty processing
  • Work with existing and develop new KPIs, measure and control outcomes. Report to management at specified intervals.
  • You are the ambassador of first impressions with a customer for service and maintenance. You will field incoming inquiries and will facilitate solutions to create a win win.
  • Identify and implement process and procedure improvements to assist with the efficient and effective completion of work.

Selection Criteria
You will need to tick the list below to be successful in this role:

  • Experience installing, servicing and repairing machinery or electrical equipment
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating service technicians in the electrical and mechanical field for both internal and external jobs in order of importance, for smooth day to day, and weekly operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
