Seeking an AV Assistant to provide support for bespoke AV systems, assist with events, and maintain stock levels of consumables

THE ROLE- Salary Package: $61,243 - $69,917 per annum (HEW 3), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

Full time, continuing role- Location: Macquarie University (Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde)

The Role


This role will liaise with Unit Convenors to prepare and equipment and rooms in Faculty teaching spaces, assist with events, and maintain stock levels of consumables.

Additionally, the role will provide support for bespoke AV systems in Faculty spaces and perform routine maintenance of equipment escalating identified issues.

Due to the timings of some events and teaching activities, this role may be required to work outside of standard operating hours.

About You


You have demonstrated experience in preparing spaces for events and/or teaching activities, organising maintenance of equipment and/or facilities, and providing support for bespoke IT/AV systems.

You have an ability to prioritise and action tasks in a timely manner, work purposefully while under competing deadlines and can communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
