Description
Key job responsibilities:
- Responds quickly and accurately to questions from customers.
- Ensures that employee documentation is complete and accurate ]
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for customers, escalates as appropriate.
- Provides training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members
- Creates and distributes standard communications
- Audits and analyzes key findings.
- Leads process improvement initiatives
- Develops suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources.
Profile
- Experience (including systems/database administration) in HR, recruitment, or payroll.
- Computer experience, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with numbers, data, run metrics and pull reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
- Experience working in Human Resources functions (Ops Admin or equivalent)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Job Offer
- Casual contract (possible maximum term contract on offer)
- We require you to work 4 days per week. 1 day will be based at Craigieburn, the remaining days will be at Mulgrave and Melbourne Airport.
- We can look at reimbursing certain travel amounts this is negotiated at a later time.
