ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an ambitious and forward thinking Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team based in our Cleveland (QLD) Office


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and focused sales team who pride themselves on the delivery of a high-quality, market-leading, Australian-made product.


The purpose of this role is to support the Business Development Manager to generate sales of Alcolizer products, services and solutions and grow existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

Your main focus will be a new Business Development so the suitable applicant will need to confident and resilient.


Key responsibilities of the role:
(but not limited to)


  • Develop revenue opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain these relationships by providing continued support, information, and guidance, researching, recommending solutions and service improvements.
  • Work alongside the Business Development Manager to plan regional sales activity.
  • Contribute to regional marketing activities preparation, setup, and attendance at relevant trade events.
  • A focus on new Business Development

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Hold a relevant degree in Business, Management or Marketing *desirable.
  • Have at least 5 years industry experience in a sales /BD environment
  • Have a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months old)
  • Be professional with a good understanding of business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Good PC skills especially with Microsoft suite, and CRM systems
  • Have full and unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Selfstarter who can take direction and learn quickly.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and deliver results against tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
  • Experience as a cold calling champion, with the ability to interact with people from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Be able to supply a National Police Clearance
  • Have a unrestricted drivers licence and a clean driving history
