Overview

MCR are seeking a first class Construction Manager to lead the delivery of landmark greenfield and brownfield data centre projects in Sydney and Interstate.

In a general contracting capacity, your job will be to ensure the safe, timely and costly delivery of simultaneous new build and fitout projects.

Supported by a strong on site teams of Project and Service Managers, you will build a close working relationship with the client and manage various complex stakeholders with skill and confidence.

Individual project values go in to the several hundred million $$$ mark.

Key Requirements

Experience of leading the delivery pf technically complex construction projects
High level experience and understanding of mechanical and electrical services
Experience of delivering multiple projects greater than $100m in value
Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills with first class communication
You are someone who enjoys the cut and thrust of being on site this role won't suit someone who prefers being in the office
Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder background

This is a unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of hyperscale data centre builds, some of the largest projects of their kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
