Now Hiring | This brand is one of the largest retailers, distributors and licensees of premium accessories, fashion, sports, and outdoor brands in the Australian and New Zealand markets. We are searching for an experienced Store Manager to lead a team, and drive sales and customer experience in this new multi branded location in Adelaide DFO.


Role description


As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the successful sales and operational planning and effectiveness of the store.

Some of your responsibilities will include.

  • Customer experience
  • Coaching and developing your team
  • Achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Following merchandise standards
  • Managing inventories
  • People management


As the Retail business manager for your store, you are responsible for the day-to-day and financial success of your store.

Your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium customer experience and deliver a premium employee experience, whilst implementing programs/processes to drive business results & operational excellence.


About you


As an experienced retail manager you will bring with you a wealth of knowledge on people management and operational effectiveness.


Some of your essential skills will include:

  • Ideally 3 years in a similar role or environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
