Description:

As the Store Business Manager at M.J. Bale's Myer Indooroopilly location, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the concession department.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and meet financial objectives.
Ensuring efficient store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies
Building strong relationships with Myer Indooroopilly management and staff to maximise the concession's performance.
Lead by example by actively engaging with customers, driving sales, and providing coaching and support to the team.
Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
Coordinate with head office and other stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities effectively.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and manage replenishment processes to uphold optimal inventory levels.
