Sales Development Representative

Reports to:
General Manager


Location:
Hybrid - Sydney (2-days on-site, 2-days WFH)


Hours: 32 hours across a 4-day week, with no salary sacrifice


Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 + superannuation

Job snapshot:


With Evouchers newly launching into the APAC region you'll be an early hire with a unique opportunity to create impact, influence processes and establish new ways of working.


Your role will focus on generating leads and engaging with potential clients, with the ultimate goal of securing appointments for further discussions and demonstrations with our General Manager.

With professionalism and refined communication skills, you will support the development and growth of the business in the Australian market.


What you'll be doing:


  • Research and investigate potential clients to generate leads using market intel, media, Linkedin and industry targeting
  • Liaise with the General Manager to determine a predefined call / prospective engagement plan
  • Contact potential clients predominantly via cold calling in order to generate sales leads and book appointments with the General Manager
  • Adapt sales approach to suit client needs/call direction to secure leads
  • Master CRM to increase touchpoints and overall channels of communication
  • Maintain and develop internal systems and databases
  • Ensure each prospective client has a positive experience with our company
  • Work towards KPIs regarding outbound engagement activity
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management on outbound call/lead generation activities and results

Requirements:


What we're hoping you'll bring:


  • Demonstrable experience in a sales/lead generation role
  • Enthusiasm and an ability to demonstrate confidence and initiative when dealing with a range of stakeholders across a variety of businesses and organisations
  • A strong sense of professionalism with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to identify the needs of the potential client and adapt in response to their needs
  • A high degree of organisation
  • Ability to pick up new systems and knowledge of CRMs
  • A selfstarter who can use initiative, take direction and learn quickly
  • The desire and commitment to learning new and innovative ways of working
  • A good attitude towards individual and team success
  • Have full and unrestricted Australian Working rights
