Custom Product Development Officer

The Custom Product Development Officer is responsible for supporting internal and external stakeholders through investment and custom minting coin projects, including the management of projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with trading terms.


The Custom Product Development Officer is responsible for preparing quotations, contracts and costing details, and records management while managing the product life cycle of investment and custom minting products across all sales teams.

They work with other sections of the Mint to ensure that service offerings and productivity are maximised.

The duties of this position include:
Supporting internal and external stakeholders through all aspects of investment and custom minting coin projects, including:
a) managing domestic and international projects, programs and orders;
b) ensuring timely delivery of projects and programs within agreed timeframes;
c) monitoring compliance with trading terms, investigating non-compliance and making recommendations to relevant stakeholders; and
d) developing and maintaining high quality stakeholder relationships to deliver outcomes.

  • Preparing quotations and contracts, and providing accurate costing and delivery advice and recommendations based on analytical research.
  • Planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on project activities, including preparing and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Managing product life cycles for investment and custom minting products across all sales teams, including product allocations and terminations.
  • Providing advice, client feedback and recommendations to other sections of the Mint to maximise service offerings and productivity.
