Monash Health Bureau (MHB) is a busy workforce unit that allocates over 450 shifts per day across Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital, Monash Children's, Kingston Centre and our Central Production Kitchen.

We allocate experienced nursing and midwifery, clinical support and non-clinical Support Services to meet the demands of a multi specialised and fast growing organisation.


About The Role


As a Food Services Assistant you have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment providing quality service in food preparation and delivery.

You will have the ability to maintain a high level of communication with patients, visitors and colleagues when delivery meals.

As an integral part of the organisation you will be the face of the casual workforce and consistently demonstrate our core values.


About You


You are an experienced Food Services Assistant with a strong focus on customer service who is able to commit to working flexible hours across seven days per week.

You lead by example thrives working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of service.


What you need:


  • Proven relevant food service experience
  • Relevant working visa if applicable


  • Relevant qualifications

  • SITXFSA00
  • Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety (Essential)
  • Good flexibility to work AM and PM shifts over 7 days
