About the Role

As Advisor - Business Bank Compliance, you will contribute to the independent review, advice and challenge of initiatives, issues and incidents in the Business.
You will support implementation of regulatory change, helping to ensure the Business Bank complies with financial services obligations, and that any conduct risks are properly managed.
We are seeking a collaborative individual who is dedicated to building their career, along with building strong relationships within the compliance team and with our Business Banking division.
You will have the ability to deep-dive and really understand business division's products and services and to contribute to first class compliance advice.
You will be committed to learning about control design and testing methodologies and contribute to supporting the Business Bank in implementing compliant controls and processes.
This is a 12 month maximum term position.About you
You'll come armed with excellent time management skills, a curious eye to find solutions and the ability to meet deadlines.
You understand the importance of working within a highly regulated industry but the experience is not necessary - we can train you on all the jargon Knowledge and understanding of financial services obligations including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, ASIC Act, Corporations Act, ASIC Regulatory Guides and Privacy Act is key.
