Production Workers (Operators)

Role Overview:

Shifts Available: Day & Afternoon shift
_(6:00pm to 2:00pm & 2:00pm to 10:00pm)_

Tasks: As a Production Worker, your responsibilities may include various tasks such as filling plastic moulds with curd, transferring cheese from plastic moulds to wire racks, salting, washing, maturation work, packing cheese, housekeeping to "5S" standards, and more.

Physical Demands: This role involves continuous walking, standing, reaching, bending, and twisting, with both heavy and light manual handling. You may be required to handle weights from less than 1 kg to 20 kgs.

Shift Flexibility: We have a variety of shifts available. You must be prepared to start with good availability for ad hoc or short notice shifts. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to be added to the weekly roster on-site.

Work Flexibility: We need workers to cover both production and packing roles to provide greater flexibility in rostering.
