DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Resolve Support tickets from queue
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by endusers.
  • Collaborate with support technicians to resolve complex technical issues and
  • Proactive Administration
  • Assist Projects Team
  • Create and update technical documentation
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet etc.
  • Experience deploying and managing network devices (Firewalls, routers, switches)


  • Telephony

  • Microsoft TEAMs phone systems and Telstra TIPT
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will be a plus
