The Australian Trade Training College is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering a variety of courses across multiple industries.
Due to recent growth, we are in need of engaging, motivating Trainers to continue the great work in developing our future leaders.
If you enjoy a diverse role with plenty of variation, working on and off site, this could be the role for you Join a collaborative team of trainers who will provide a great support network whilst working independently to inspire and grow our students.
Opportunity for full time, part time and casual position available.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Deliver quality training that will improve the outcomes of our students and clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Working in a team of trainers/assessors to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of training courses
- Maintain a high level of compliance
What you will bring
- RTO training experience and qualifications in First Aid & CPR as a minimum
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above
- Have proven current industry knowledge of 3 to 5 years in the discipline delivered
- Ability to engage, inspire and support students throughout their learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reasonable level of computer skills
