We are currently seeking Arabic Speaking Support Workers to join our client's team across Southwest Sydney & Inner-City areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support client with everyday living e.g. personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals, shopping, etc
  • Facilitate community inclusion and participation based on client's needs and preferences
  • Assist with client's physical and mobility requirements
  • Demonstrate positive and professional behaviour
  • Must be available for casual hours.
  • Promote and facilitate personcentered care
  • Ensure the wellbeing and safety of the clients and perform duty of care.
  • Follow policies and procedures.
  • Working across a 24/7 roster

REQUIREMENTS ARE:


  • Certificate III/IV in disability or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience
  • Arabic speaking is essential.
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Have current First Aid Certificate & CPR
  • Have driver license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Empathy, respectful and integrity
  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
