Description

We're hiring a Finance Officer on an initial four month contract basis for our client in the Government industry, located in South Bank.

The contract may be extended, pending volume requirements.

The contractor will be required to work 38 hours per week, some of which can be worked from home.

Working alongside the Financial Accountant, the responsibilities will be end to end payables and receivables, reconciliations and assisting with month end.

End to end payables for a small - medium sized organisation, including processing invoices, credit card reconciliations and payment runs;
End to end receivables, including debt collection, bank reconciliations and query management; and

An understanding of month end accounting processes and the ability to put your hand up to take on additional tasks.
