Fleet Allocator - Brisbane, Australia - LLS Australia
Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage all client contract requirements by allocating the most appropriate vehicles and fleet operators.
- Make recommendations in relation to fleet management issues.
- Ensure the subcontractor's workload falls within fatigue management guidelines.
- Ensure client service levels and KPIs are met.
- Answer telephone and respond to telephone inquiries and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Previous experience managing fleet (preferable 12 years)
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a rapidly expanding company and experience in effectively planning loads to fit within fatigue management guidelines.
- Sound practical knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong level of interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact and work with the team and external parties as required.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with sound technical competence.
- Selfmotivated, highly efficient, proactive, and professional with a respect for confidentiality.
- Must be able to provide quality assurance and continuous improvements by adhering to company policies and procedures, improving efficiency, and monitoring work deadlines.
- Comply and be actively involved with all relevant occupational, health, safety, security, and environmental legislation, codes of practice, standards, policies, operating procedures, and work instructions.
