HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of
EL2 Level Targeted Research and Strategic Evaluation (Labour Hire) on behalf of our client.

This pivotal role is located in
Deakin ACT, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to evidence-based decision making within our client's scheme.

About the Role:

Take charge of highlevel, complex projects driving quality outcomes across our client's agency functions.
Exercise significant independence, utilising advanced decisionmaking and judgement skills.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for our client's interests in various forums.

Responsibilities:

Manage multidisciplinary teams conducting rigorous mixed methods research and evaluations.
Develop and oversee program logic models, theory of change, and evaluation frameworks.
Spearhead innovative approaches to utilise both existing and new data for measuring client outcomes.
Foster strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders for designing and executing evaluation projects.
Prepare highquality written evaluation findings, including business cases and parliamentary briefs.
Cultivate a culture of evaluative thinking across the agency, enhancing organisational capacity for evaluations.

About You:

Proven experience in managing complex research and evaluation projects
Strong analytical skills, including inferential statistical analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
Passion for promoting evidencebased decision making
