At people2people recruitment, we are constantly looking for new talent within the Temporary and Contract Reception, Administration, Customer Service and General Business Support sectors.
Some of our roles start at just a few days and can be up to 12-month Temp to Perm positionsSome of your general responsibilities may include:
- Answering inbound or making outbound phone calls
- Processing payments or documentation through a system
- Logging calls/tickets in a system
- Working with call centre KPIs
- Coordinate and manage records and databases
- Manage administrative systems, processes, and policies

Beneficial skills and expertise would be:
- Previous experience within a call centre environment
- Previous experience within customer service roles
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work on KPIs
- Excellent phone manner and professionally presented
- High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent administrative skills and well versed in systems
